I have been following Ralph Lauren’s RUGBY for a while now, The stores’ retail location in NYC is  a little jewel of  of great styling with  rugby sport heritage mixed with an urban feel.

The Plaid Buffalo Cardigan stood out to me as a great piece that is timeless ,classic and looks sooo cozy…

This is what I call the perfect monday morning sweater .You want to be able to throw something on and not have to think or fuss.You despise the fact that you have to wake up early but you are gratefull to still have a job in this day and age. You might hit an event/party after wards and ,its Cold .The Kenzo oversized sweater hall all the right elements,its roomy,colorful without being too bright and you can show some leg tastefully.Back view on the next page !

Last week we were Invited to preview the Spring 09 Collection for Bluenotch denim. I takes alot to impress me in the field of denim as there are way too many brands out there…

Nevertheless, Bluenotch started by the husband and wife team,presented a collection inspired by  Light & Luminosity.

As you will see on the next  page the hues all resonate with a certain contrast of light and dark,emphasized by the lightness of the  denim.Making them a perfect choice for when you want to wear denim without the weight.I really appreciated  the consistency from the men’s line to the women’s line the colors scheme was the same , the details on the apparel and of course the incredible softness of the fabrics…

Obey Clothing has teamed up with the legendary lady of urban photography, Martha Cooper on a collection inspired by the fun days of summer in the city and pieces from her "Street Play " Titled Summer Madness. All you needed was to be "outside"on the side walk in from of the building and engage in a dance routine with you best gal pal( Dancing in the Street/above) or play in the fire hydrant.Full of nostalgia I could not think of a better partner than Obey  to make a project like this happen…Love it!
