With their consistent sense of luxury and sophistication Laurel Anderson and David Peck of Untitled 11:11 presented their Spring/Summer 2010 collection this week-end at Axelle Art gallery,providing a sleek backdrop for their creations. Inspired by the glamour of the 1970’s French Riviera the collection was filled with covetable custom printed separates, floor grazing dresses, showcasing   not only an attention to detail and craftmanship but mostly  a unique sense of romance and  nostalgia that  has become the signature of this young label we  have been smitten with since it’s inception. HighSnobette got  to attend the premier fashion show by Brooklyn’s hot-spot, Deity, a few weeks ago. The show featured looks by  some of the coolest Brooklyn based labels, the Brooklyn Circus, Kristine Dunson, Kimera, and Untitled 11:11. On the next page a closer look at  The Show hosted by Deity.

Untitled 11:11 presented their Autumn/Winter ‘09  collection last night at Pink Elephant in NYC. Inspired by Jill Lear  paintings , the collection  titled “Into the Woods” featured Laurel  and David’s  signature  draping and use of Eco -conscious materials.  The rich colors and silhouettes are feminine, classic  without being overly girly , allowing  the pieces to fit perfectly into the modern woman’s wardrobe. We’re totally smitten!

My fave line of the show of course was  the Untitled 11:11 presentation that started with an intro to the theme of aviation and stylish flight attendants.

Check out ROZ Lipsett(defying gravity heels +tray) one of our fave models who along with Her pal Rebecca Holliday make clothes look Alive, these ladies make you you wanna wear the clothes … One of my many jobs was being a booker at a modeling agency and I gotta tell ya I would book them in a heartbeat!

The show was packed and full of  stylish folks…If you’ve never been to the BK I feel bad for you cause unlike popular knowledge…true individual fashion resides in Brooklyn in all it’s raw & beautiful self !
