Titled “Codona,” the Reality Studio Autumn 2011 collection reflects Svenja Specht’s commitment to dressing us in clothes that are comfortable with a unique experimental  aesthetic that has made her a favorite . The assortment is broad, ranging from sleek dresses to casual and dressy pants looks with fun pieces like the purple jumper (above).  On the next page a look at the very well styled look book,  photographed by Trevor Good and modeled by Meg Morales.

As this collection is currently being previewed in Europe and Japan we are very excited to present you an exclusive look at one of my favorite labels out of Germany, Svenja Spechts’ Reality Studio. Titled “Call her Name” Specht’s Spring/ Summer 2010 collection presents a style and an aesthetic that we can define as effortless , feminine and slightly playful. Taking cues from the Wild Wild West,  pants and dresses are enhanced with fringes accessorised with talisman like accessories and feathers, while jackets and shirts feature asymetrical sleeves , hems and great tailoring .
