Inspired by a trip to The Lightning Field, an installation by artist Walter De Maria created in the desert of western New Mexico, Band Of Outsiders’ creative director Scott Sternberg offers up a Pre-Autumn collection featuring themes and designs originating from America’s Southwestern communities. The design theme shines best with the collection’s bandage skirts and schoolboy suits, upon which the designs stack up like steps along side a pyramid.

Band of Outsiders Designer and Creative Director Scott Sternberg showed their  Spring/Summer 2013 Boy. by Band of Outsiders collection at NYFW this week. Sternberg transformed the runway into a military base while  introducing a fashion spin on military dressing. Some standouts include: Camo, army jackets, and some fun open toe booties.
