We’ve been talking up this collabo for a while now and the shoes as of this morning are now available for purchase. There are only 100 pairs being sold in the United States (at $150 bucks a pop), and the site includes a counter letting visitors know how many are left.

We also got to meet John Maeda,who is someone I could talk to for days..bright in a very humble way and totally design oriented in the old school way with Pen and Paper .We were Surprised to hear that his process actually sterted with words,who are actually featured in the sock Liners of both the Freestyle and the Ventilator.

We were pressed for time but John definitely has an amazing opinion of the female species..Highsnobette definitely hearts him..Check out his Book :Laws of simplicity…

Last week Lois an I got to meet Rolland Berry through a little shinding Reebok put together…we could not take pictures!!!!!  but this video gives you a sneak peak into what Rolland has been cooking up for Reebok..the stuff is pretty impressive! and Rolland himself is definitely on top of his game..Talented,fun and quite  an intelligent Business Man …He knows wassup!

Poor K-Swiss, it has really been stumbling lately and has been ever since white court classics faded from favor, but I’ll give them credit for at least sponsoring a famous person that makes sense. ‘Cause ‘member how Reebok last year had Scarlett Johansson as the face of one of its Classic campaigns and people were like…huh? I mean she’s cute and all, but outside of the actual Reebok event, I defy you to find an image where she’s chillin’ in a pair of kicks.

Of course Nike is not the only sneaker brand to use St. Valentine as another occasion to get their footwear to the people. Here you see now what Reebok proposes. Their St. Valentine Pack consists of a Freestyle and another low top sneaker. In terms of design the pack is almost classic, and we prefer that over the approach that Nike took this year. We already reported about the new Alife NYC x Reebok Court Victory Pump’s, coming this time in black and pink. What we did not know is, that they also come in womens sizes this time (4.5 – 13). Also they of course have a limited edition t-shirt coming along with the sneakers.

The Ball Out will be released this coming Saturday, December 1rst, at all Alife locations and Patta, Colette, Black Chamber, Dream. The t-shirts will only be available at Alife locations.
