Some very eye-catching just dresses from U.K. brand Belle Sauvage just landed at Pixie Market. This label is new to me so if you’re in the same boat as me, the brand was established in 2008 and is designed by Virginia Ferreira and Christian Neuman. They’re building their name on what you see on this page–designs featuring futuristic prints and angled silhouettes. In essence it reminds me a bit of McQueen’s last collection, ‘cept considerably less detailed/technical though also at a much lower price.

The concept of folding fabric all over a dress could have been very unflattering . However, the genius minds of Reno Ichenko and Julie Rouzioux of  WhiteTrumpet made folded panels work  in a dress whose amount of detailing , I cannot take my eyes off of,  especially considering that buying it, still  allows you to pay the bills.
