The label features modern sportswear with an edge, featuring great details we love like overlaid collars (above), subtle hardware and menswear silhouettes constrasted with feminine sheer lace pieces. Operations , one of my favorite military inspired labels is opening their  second location in Nyc’s Meatpacking District this month. The label  launched in 2004, creates an assortment of apparel for men and women  mostly inspired by vintage army/navy and workwear. The  great attention to details like bright contrast lining and  great tailoring has made Operations a consistent  source of apparel with style & edge that  have become true,modern classics.

We reported about the limited edition “Gucci Hearts NY” collection that was released along with the opening of the new Gucci NYC flagship store. Now they also launched an entire website for the occasion, where you can take a tour of the new store, upload pictures of NYC, and read their celebrity blogs. The celebrity fashion bloggers also give their favorite spots in NYC.
