At his runway show this past Sunday in London, Mario Scwhab presented his collaboration with the very cool Ancient Greek Sandals by Christina Martini. A sexy gladiator adorned with fringes in an ankle length and an taller version:

Inspired by ancient heritage as well as taking influence from Native American Indians. Both sandals were shown in black unlined vacchetta leather. The sandals feature painted raffia fringe, lacing and tinted raw edging. One is a gladiator sandal with intricate leather lacing and buckles while the second is a lower ankle silhouette.

As far as Topshop goes, The Boutique is probably the most interesting section, as the retailer tends to partner with edgy-er  labels like Mario Schwab, Preen , Johnathan Saunders and Emma Cook , the designer of these really interesting sandals,slightly  reminiscent of Prada’s fall ‘08.

This Collaboration Between Mario Schwab and Scorah Pattullo is another great example of pushing the envelope while  still remaining tasteful with a hint of sexy…We gotta keep our sexy..always…
