Concept jewellery store neony has been shortlisted for Store Design of the Year 2013. The independent jewellery destination offers outstanding design work and some classic pieces from Claire English, Origami Jewellery, Francesca Villa, En Inde, Gabriela Styliano, Maven and many more. The New York loft-inspired store will be open for a limited time until late Summer so now is the perfect time to visit this awards nominated shop.

Goodhood remains one of our favorite London based stores offering a nice selection of like minded brands from around the world including YMC, Opening Ceremony, and Sabrina Dehoff amongst many others. The Autumn 2012 lookbook shows some beautiful shots featuring the pieces that are currently available in store. By the way, the retailer recently celebrated it’s fifth-year anniversary and with that event launched its own brand.

The French luxury fragrance Dyptique Paris just opened a store in Londons leadenhall market. Of course it is not just an oridinary shop; British designer Christopher Jenner created a space influenced by English patterning and French luxury. The interior is decorated in gothic revival wallpapers, stained-glass fretwork and antique mirrors. Take a first look at the shop on the next page. Via designboom

It’s been almost five years since one of London’s best multi-brand shops opened its doors. To celebrate its fifth anniversary, GoodHood teamed up with London Design Festival to commemorate local design and creativity. Partners like Antipodium, Norse Projects, R. Newbold and Bag ‘N’ Noun  collaborated with Good Hood to produce an  exclusive  collection and , for the first time the retailer  will introduce its own line of products.

Kyle Stewart, Co-Owner of The Goodhood Store says:

“The Goodood Store was born out of a design background so we wanted to celebrate by creating must have products with many of our suppliers. To house the project we decided to open a stand alone space on the Shoreditch backstreet we’ve became synonymous with and create products that represent the synergy of our brand.”

All of it will be launched on September 14 in a pop-up space in Shoreditch. As litte foretaste we have exclusive pictures of the Antipodium for GoodHood collection for you to check out after the jump.

Another Olympic Games collaboration that has popped up last week is this pretty groovy one featuring Topshop and Opening Ceremony, who have teamed up on a capsule collection in Union Jack colors featuring simple tops, shorts and skirts. This collection was launched separately from the Opening Ceremony London pop-up store, and is available in stores and online from Topshop and OC. There are still some pieces in stock so grab one of one of these limited edition pieces before the games end.

The fashionable alternatives to the gold, silver and bronze medals at this year’s Olympic Games comes in the form of Miu Miu’s special capsule collection. A series of madras Bauletto bags, nappa matelassé bags, nappa silk lace-up shoes and high heels sandals in the shades of the medals; gold, silver and bronze are available at selected boutiques in London from July 27.

Just in time with the 10th anniversary of Opening Ceremony’s first shop in New York, the cult retailer opened a temporary pop-up store in London’s shopping district Convent Garden. In conjunction with the event, OC released a video, giving insight on the shop’s concept and a first feel for what you can expect from the launch of the permanent location sometime this fall. Not sure why she’s there, but Rihanna was recently spotted in London and Dublin in denim jeans, which she paired with an Alexander Wang bomber and lace up boots (above) one day and houndstooth pumps (next page) the next day. Her shades remained unchanged.

The fact that Supreme has finally landed in London, is a fairly major deal. Naturally a party was thrown to celebrate and natch, the WAH Nails gals were in attendance and representing!

The first stop on Vans x WAH nails “Style Night Out” tour kicked off in London, last Thursday at the Vans Carnaby store, and we had HS reporter Phoebe Lovatt to cover the event. Twenty women were chosen by Vans to receive style makeovers by a team led by WAH Nails and Bleach London, with fashion provided by Vans. It’s a bit of a world tour so more “Style Night Out” events are planned for Amsterdam (July 19th), Berlin (July 20th) and Milan (July 21st).
