Kate Upton shows us her natural side in the cover shoot for Elle France. Flaunting a big smile  and rocking  casual pieces by DSquared2, Zadig & Voltaire among others the editorial shows how Upton can go from ultra glamourous to cute girl next door. The editorial was shot by Matt Jones and styled by fashion editor Nora Bordjah.

We shared the Vogue UK cover for January starring Kate Upton last week. Now we learn that Miss Upton also is the star in a fashion film for the German edition of the fashion magazine as directed by Bruce Weber and showing the blond and blue-eyed model in the typical American style of the ’50s.

Nice work, but in my opinion Vogue is attempting to position her as the new Marilyn Monroe, which makes sense in a way, but do we really need yet another copy?

Kate Upton is about to become a real Vogue darling. After her cover for the November Issue of Vogue Italia she now appears on the front page of the Vogue UK January issue.

While I love the idea of Kate Upton in Italian Vogue, I for one think the shoot was over-styled.  The harnessed, fishnet looks try too hard. Seduction is an attitude that is all about suggestion…

The naysayers who doubted Kate Upton’s high fashion potential can now see her in full seductive glory on the cover of Vogue Italia for November 2012. Shot by Steven Meisel this image has a vintage appeal that is simply stunning! Via Vogue Italia.

In a 50s-inspired shoot for US Vogue November 2012, as shot by Steven Meisel, Kate Upton poses in an editorial titled “New Girl.”  Famous mostly for her lad-mag covers and editorials, it’s always fun to see her play the part of the fashion model which she does here and there. In this shoot we see her covered in top labels including Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Alexander Wang.  Still, we’re pretty sure that the ”old” Kate will still grab the most headlines in the media.

Usually, we’re used to see Kate Upton posing on beaches only wearing bikinis or even less. For the October issue of Jalouse magazine the model proves that she looks just as gorgeos in high-necked dresses as in sexy swim suits. The editorial was shot by Alexei Hay and is entitled ‘Holy Kate’.

Parisian editor Carine Roitfeld chooses Kate Upton as photographed by Bruce Weber to cover the first issue of CR Fashion Book, which hits newstands September 13th. The theme of this issue is rebirth, thus the chicks, along with interior editorials featuring Roitfeld’s pregnant daughter. Upton as a cover choice has Roitfeld’s love of the contrarian viewpoint written all over it (as of late the model’s worthiness as anything more than a pin-up girl has been hotly debated), not to mention her appreciation for cleavage shots. On another note, one thing that’s really adorable about this image is Upton’s full-on girly grin, you really get the impression she is genuinely tickled by the handful of chicks she’s been tasked with holding. What a great trick to illicit a genuinely happy face.

I know little about this Kate Upton devotee Tumblr called Skate Upton, other than its theme is putting images of Upton on boards. This one is bikini themed.
