We wrote about this show yesterday. The grand finale was a straight-jacket wedding dress, which first appears at 8:53 if you want to jump ahead. I love how Jeremy Scott comes out in the end in wings and walks the runway like one of he models instead of the usual quick, shy wave.

We’ve said it before of Jeremy Scott’s collabos with Adidas that he’s at a phase where he’s designing without fear. Does.not.give.an.eff. Case in point his Spring 2011 collection. It seriously looks like he thought it up while on a mid-morning pcp-sprinkled cigarette break. And thank jeezus for that! If I had to see one more Marc-Jacobs-influenced (probably all thanks to Marc mourning his breakup with Lorenzo Martone–thanks for that Lorenzo!) collection featuring full-high-waisted skirts, ladylike blouses and 50s-inspired day and cocktail dresses I swear I was going to collapse in a sobbing heap! The men’s-tightie-whitie-influenced tap pants and the straight-jacket wedding dress finale? Perfection in a weird dream. Images via WWD. See all of them after the flip.

From HighSnobiety we saw and immediately snatched images from Adidas Originals By Jeremy Scott looks from the Autumn/Winter 2010 collection. Like I said a couple days back about JS, designing without fear and now I’m going to add, a game changer for the category. More looks mostly for men–though women could easily rock them–on the next page.

 Glory Hole  shop will have a very limited assortment of Jeremy Scott’s Adidas winged sneaker made entirely of 3M reflective material this coming October.  As they  are definitely dance floor appropriate, the idea of wings on the feet is  too attractive to resist. Rihanna is on the move, promoting herself and her music in Seoul, Korea. At a recent appearance she wore a very adorable Jeremy Scott snow leopard hoodie.  I like how it’s not an all-over print.  There are sections that are spot-free, similar to a real-live leopard. And while the ears are sort of cute (just sort of), I feel like I could live without the tail this top features.

On another note, have you seen her new video for “Rude Boy”? When we posted the fashion stills, a reader said it reminded her of M.I.A. And indeed, the graphics used in the video are clearly inspired by Ms. Swagger-Like-Us’ early videos.

A bunch of the music, film and fashion world’s heaviest hitters came out in force for a 30th anniversary gala had at Los Angeles’s Museum of Contemporary Art on Saturday. The intriguing combo of Chloe Sevigny and French Vogue Editor, Carine Roitfeld, is featured here, but after the flip you’ll find Miucca Prada (check out her shoes!), Gwen & Gavin, Pharrell, Takashi Murakami, Rachel Zoe, Eva Mendes, Ciara, Lady GaGa, resident hottie James Franco (with a woman on his arm!) and a very severe-looking Jeremey Scott.
