NeivzHelloKitty 540x250 Hello Kitty x Neivz Jewellery

Hello Kitty has to be the hardest worker in the fashion business and without doubt collaborates the most prolifically, making even Karl Lagerfeld look downright shy when it comes to linking up. November 1st was Kitty’s birthday so she’s gone especially buckwild this month and there are already a few collabos (Tokidoki, Nookia) which flew right past us before we could get to them. The rings you’re seeing here come via a design partnership with Los Angeles-base jewellery label Neivz. The line is known for mixing materials and in this collaboration you’ll find a lot of laser-cut wood combined with laminate.

Hello Kitty collaborates with Forever 21 on a collection that is surprisingly good given the chain’s ragfest reputation, with offerings ranging from young and fun, logo-heavy sweaters to sophisticated “silk” blouses with neck bows. Look for it to land on November 18th. Via Todokawaii.

Sephora X Hello Kitty Collection

sephorahellokitty002 517x540 Sephora X Hello Kitty Collection

We get a thorough look at the product images from the Hello Kitty for Sephora collaboration, plus details on the offerings from blogger Temptalia, who as a VIP customer for the chain also was able to pre-order the collection, a lot of which is already sold out.  The collection goes on sale to everyone in mid-January and it includes make-up, fragrance, brushes, mirrors, blotter paper and even a shower cap! In the comments section of Temptalia’s blog, there’s a lot of debate as to how this collection stacks up against Hello Kitty’s collaboration with MAC cosmetics, with some opining that this one scews a lot younger, which, given the success of its collabo with Tokidoki, one would have to guess that was Sephora’s exact intent!
