Chanel just released a short film titled Chanel Obsession, a short film featuring the young and beautiful Edie Campbell, as directing by a rising star in the contemporary art scene, Cyrille de Vignemont. Campbell is a bit of new muse for Karl Lagerfeld, having first appeared in the label’s ad campaign for Autumn 2012. What we see in the film is a very sleek and clean but still glamorous presentation of our favourite black and white label.

The latest video interview features forward-thinking designer Susan Dimasi and her collaborator, choreographer and dancer Shelley Lasica. The video is a beautiful, quiet mediation on fashion, craft, and femininity. Under the theme “The New Beauty,” we see a women who is sure of herself and does not need external validationis. A refreshing piece!

While watching the current Alexander McQueen Autumn 2012 campaign, the visor is definitely the must-have accesory of the season. The photo spread as well as the campaign film that was just released focus mainly on this futuristic sunblind. Directed by David Sims, the campaign film takes us on a psychedelic acid trip with an 80s-inspired colormix and futuristic forms. The campaign stars model of the moment, Suvi Koponen.
