French artist Fafi gives a sneak peek of an upcoming collaboration with Swatch. Too cute! Can’t say there’s a thing this woman does that we don’t luv to pieces.

French street artist and illustrator Fafi publishes her first book, The Carmine Vault, whose story is centered around a character called Birtak and his desire to join the Paris Opéra Ballet. Published by Rizzoli, it’s available for pre-order now with an April 10th delivery date.

Directed by Fafi, styled by the incomparable Andrea Crews, a visual treat. Enjoy!

Married to the Mob had done a lot of collaborations but the label’s work with Fafi has always been a favorite. There’s a certain ying and yang going on with their combined energies that just works. Made Mob woman, Tabatha, is modeling the tees for this collection, which are on sale now.

Fafi has created a touching pencil drawing titled “We Love Japan,” as part of a fundraising effort done in collaboration with Colette to help Japan recover from its disaster. One hundred percent of funds will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society.

Colette launched its pop-up shop with Colette last week and we noticed that among planned events was an appearance by artist Fafi to customize Chanel bags. As delightful a match as Chanel and Colette are, adding artist Fafi to the mix is liking adding hot fudge to the sundae so of course Highsnobiety was on hand to document the event. Images from Colette’s pop-up Chanel store are starting to show up, starting with our very own HighSnobiety, which visited the store yesterday. This images shows a bag customized by artist Kevin Lyons, who was making an appearance at the store at the time of HS’s visit.  On the next page, an image from Stylebubble, which details planned activities for the next week, including handbag customization by Fafi (!!) and two different nails bars (!!!). In a super cute video of the song “Do!Do!Do” by Carte Blanche, vocals are performed by Kid Sister (who is clearly still getting her nails did!), with direction by Fafi and artist Yue, watch Kid Sister as she is transformed into a trouble-making Fafinette, who springs to life and runs rampant through Youtube. Very fun and original!

Graffiti artist Fafi was recently inspired to put together a photo shoot, featuring her collaborative efforts with Adidas, as worn by actress/singer Alka Babir and shot by Sunny Ringle. To check out the rest of the shot, visit HighSnobiety columnist Oliver Rosset

Adidas did a spring 2010 lookbook, but changed things up this time by letting the models videotape each other. Not surprisingly the girls, who include Agyness Deyn, Ana Ivanovic, Cassandra Steen, Hyori Lee, Whitney Port, Tallulah Morton, Ciara and Cheer Chen, appear to be having a very relaxed good time. It’s a cute video and some of the looks are now available on line, including the Fafi X Adidas collabo items we featured a while back. Still no sign of that Ciara “Dance Sweater,” however.
