 One of our faves from Spain, El delgado Buil, presents their interpretation of what I would define as a contradiction of  lux  and grunge  mixed with some outdoorsy /lumberjack  elements and a little  punk thrown in. Watch the show and you’ll see what I mean. Enjoy!

One of our many favorites out of Spain, Anna Figuera Delgado & Macarena Ramos Buil ’s El delgado Buil presented their Spring/Summer Collection a few months ago, with their usual fun spin on fashion and construction.This season it’s all about ruffles. Placed asymmetrically on pants , jackets, blouses and shorts making each look very strong in volume. Nonetheless worn separately they each can get the shine they deserve. Enjoy the runway, especially the baton twirling at the end!

Titled “Porcelena” El delgado Buil’s Spring/ Summer’09 Collection reflects the soft hues of porcelain with flower and spatter prints that manage to be soft and fresh  without being overly girly. Luv it!

The designers who keep us excited and motivated by their constant innovation  always have have a special place in my heart.There are those who stay true to a certain aesthetic and remain classics but others constantly push the envelope and leave us wanting more. That is the case for El Degado Buil a line designed by Ana Figueroa Delagado and Macarena Ramos Buil, They use color in a way that makes my addicted to black&grey self embrace color.Feminine and edgy… Me gusta Mucho!
