Titled “Flamingos,” the Autumn/Winter 2010 Cneeon collection  is inspired by the hues of Fragonard paintings. Subtle colors that blend into each other to create  a very ethereal  assortment. As a  a fan of Cneeon, this collection, however, fails to capture my attention. I get a glimpse of a cool piece here and there but overall, I’m left wanting more. Inspired by what seems the be the faded colors of a summer residence’s marble dust, Cneeon titled their Spring/Summer 2010 Collection” Marble Dust”. On the next page a closer look at the talented duos’s creations. The fabric wrapped sandals are a hit as well.

Part of the the Cneeon Spring’09 collection titled ‘Sunday Taste’ this jumper with the label’s custom designed print is one of my favorite pieces, making a clear statement of ease and edginess at the same time. Although I think a thicker belt , would be more appropriate, take a closer look  at the details on the next page . Cneeon launched by two textile designers Clara Leskovar and Doreen Schulz,presented a  s/s 09 collection titled “Sunday Taste” tainted with the ease and  mellow attitude that often  colors sunday mornings:

“A little sleepy, a little dreamy and tasting slightly of strawberry short cake with mounds of whipped cream and colored frosting. “-cneeon

The Cneeon is one of those that will appeal to the leaders of the fashion pack who don’t wait for trends , celebrities to adopt prints or silhouettes.Seriously in some place you end up on a worst dressed list cause folks sometimes don’t get the innovation…But not you our beloved HighSnobette reader!
