When low rise jeans became ‘de riguer’ and the fashion police was appalled by the endless displays of backsides, I always thought that the simple answer was always the bodysuit. Very popular in the late eighties to early nineties it became less and less trendy and available. Nonetheless many labels like my beloved Bless produce great modern styles. This is the kind of thing that gets a celebrity on every worst dressed list possible in the US. But I have to admit to having a weakness for this jumpsuit that transforms from a strapless to a cowl neck. Although the strapless version is so much more flattering, you have to appreciate the creativity of Bless and of course totally give props to the women who actually can make this work.
