One month after the birth of Blue Ivy, Beyonce makes her first public appearance, in support of her husband Jay Z’s Carnegie Hall benefit show, last night in New York. She chose an Alice Temperley dress, an Alexander McQueen clutch and Loubies. Not that we endorse this or think it’s anything short of nutsville, but since it’s inevitable….let the trash talk over whether or not she looks like she was ever pregnant begin!

Somewhere in the building above, Lenox Hill Hospital, located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, Beyonce is hanging out with her new baby girl, whose name is Blue Ivy Carter (as confirmed by Gwyneth Paltrow on Twitter). The middle name we have to guess is a shout out to Bee’s special number, four, with Ivy a phonetic stand in for roman numeral IV. And numeorlogically speaking 01/07/2012 also adds up to 4 and supposedly it was a scheduled c-section so….. maybe a coincidence but maybe not. Anyway, good for the Carters and congrats to all who recently have brought new babies into the world, all equally fab in our opinion.

In NYC over the past day or so with her Mom, Tina. As preggers women are wont to do, she looks biggish in some pics and not even pregnant in others. Outfit noteworthiness: Chanel bags, sensible heels (!) and a cowrie-shell-trimmed scarf.

Going old school glam in a private dance session , enjoy Beyonce’s “Dance for You.”

During a live performance of the song “I Was Here,” Beyonce shows a video highlighting big moments in her life and includes some quick looks at the dress she wore when she wedded Sean Carter in 2008. Some other moments include her performing with Michael Jackson, Prince, Tina Turner, not to mention rubbing shoulders with Nelson Mandela and Oprah but somehow my fave spots are her interactions with that husband of hers–such a cute couple, can’t help but hope that it all works out.

Tons of folks got into the spirit of Halloween spirit last night. Here is Beyonce as adorable as she wants to be in a bumble bee costume. We showed model Hanne Odiele wearing Isabel Marant sneakers backstage prior to walking the Alexander Wang show during New York Fashion Week, and now with Beyonce spotted in them for her “Love On Top” video, we can officially declare them the hottest kicks in the game. Very good luck purchasing them anywhere but Ebay as they are said to be 100 percent sold out.

Send us to the principal’s office for we are late on this–as of noon today just about every website in the world had posted these images of Beyonce on the cover of Bazaar. I think it’s because she talks a bunch about her pregnancy and her husband in the article. On that note, been hearing people chat that Beyonce is somehow faking this pregnancy based on one possibly doctored image, which flat out strikes me as nutzo. Sorry I have luv for the conspriracy people in general but nope, on this one I just can’t.
