An interview with Pat Field was featured on PerezHilton exclusively yesterday. Given her considerable talents, it was pretty interesting to listen to her breakdown her style choices for the Sex & the City movie. One thing she mentioned was a move toward smaller bags.

Lanvin has been killing it ever since they launched their Pret-A-Porter collection. Men go nuts about their sneakers and we like a loooot their new metallic series of bags. Especially the Peplum Series caught our eyes. Great size, good for a day in town or a night away.

Jeremy Scott got together for the second time with French bag company Longchamp. Once again they collaborate on the classic Longchamp folding bag. This time it comes with a new footprint design. The bag is now available for 175 Euros in the Colette online store.

Fendi is celebrating the 10th anniversary of their famous Baguette bag. Just recently they released a blank Baguette with options of coloring it yourself as you wish. There is a limited-edition of 10 miniature Bearbricks, each personalized with the fashion house’s logo in the same bright, cheery hues as the 10 anniversary-edition Baguettes. The Fendi Bearbricks comes in three different sizes, including a giant 1000% edition.

Unfortunately, just like with the Chanel Bearbrick, these will not go for sale, and will server as shop window decoration only! Via The Clones.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of this classic bag by Fendi, the Italian brand had a special idea. Instead of crazy materials, applications they went simple. In February they will be releasing a canvas baguette complete with its own set of Pantone markers. Then you can go crazy and design your very own personalized baguette.

The standard version will be approximately $1,008; a made-to-order one, complete with a Fendi logo-embossed collector’s wooden case, will run about $4,527.

Porter has released a new Grocery Tote, which looks exactly like the paper bag that you get in a supermarket, but it is not made out of paper and of course reusable. The bag comes in the same brownish color, has the same handles and even comes with the triangle pattern on the edges, imitating the paper cutter. Inside it has a light blue lining.

For the holiday season this year Barneys New York is celebrating in green. For the occasion they asked several designers to either donate for charity or to create eco-inspired one-offs.

French luxury leather goods brand Goyard came out with a remix of their most popular bag. It comes in green, and features the recycling logo in gold. Not only the color hints at the theme, the bag is actually made out of recyclable canvas, unlike their regular collection. The bag goes for 1065 USD.
