Commissioned by Nowness,  Tommy Ton followed Goldwyn to the vintage pop-up marketplace A Current Affair, which she hosted in Los Angeles, in order to capture the adept scout in action—and also snapped her at home, away from the collecting frenzy. “It is super competitive,” Goldwyn says of these events. “I’m like a hawk—there’s no time for chit-chat.” NOWNESS secured a private audience with Goldwyn, who gave us a master class on shopping strategy and revealed why most things come down to sex and history. Just in case you have not come cross it yet, Nabaztag is an electronic rabbit, that can be connected to your computer and the internet. People that have a Nabaztag can receive messages send to the rabbit, read them out loud, etc. Also you can configure the rabbit to light up when you get emails, IM’s or anything else.

Just in time for Christmas, they launched a new limited edition version of Nabaztag, designed by Parisian artist André. The rabbit got a classic, simplistic André make-over. The Nabaztag by André is now available online.

Here a little announcement about the upcoming exhibition “Highmath” being presented during the next Berlin Fashion Week in January 2008.

The art magazine Arkitip is curating its first exhibition in Germany and as the first external source ever, Wood Wood will design a whole issue of the magazine, which will serve as the exhibition catalog.

The “Highmath” exhibition will be shown from 31st of January till 21st of February 2008 and feature works of Andrew Schoultz, Chris Lindig, Ed Templeton, Evan Hecox, Cody Hudson, CR Stecyk III, Eric Elms, Gary Benzel, Geoff McFetridge, Jo Jackson, José Parla, Josh Petherick, Kaws, Killpixie, Michael Leon, Kevin Lyons, Michael Perry, Parra, Phil Frost, Perks, Peter Beste, Peter Sutherland, Richard Colman, Ryan Waller, Shepard Fairey, Todd  St. John and Steve Harrington.

Both the exhibition and the upcoming Arkitip x WoodWood issue are certainly something to look out for!
