Our favorite Swedish model Frida Gustavsson front the Tiger Of Sweden Spring 2013 campaign. The collection titled ”The Factory” is inspired by Andy Warhol, an art theme reflected not only in the look of the collection but also in the pictures some of which were edited with pop-art-themed color filters.

For its 29-item Holiday 2012 collection, NARS cosmetics took inspiration from pop artist Andy Warhol and was not only informed by the color palette of Warhol’s paintings, but also his films and the people who filled his famous Factory art space. The influence is reflected in the above video, which makes clear reference to his 8mm films.

Ahh, what better artist than Andy Warhol for Jeff Campbell to take inspiration from for these “Meow” flats. After All, Warhol was often accused of being an overly commercial and unoriginal artist….and yet no one would deny his uncanny knack for riding the crest of pop culture hotness . Of course there’s also the connection between Campbell’s soup and Jeff’s surname. Though again, irony of ironies, the word Campbell isn’t spelled out on the shoe. Not that it needs to be. We can all see that the shoes are mmmm, mmmm good!
