Mark Ronson married model Josephine de la Baume this past weekend. She wore a Zac Posen designed dress, he a cheery, red seersucker suit. Love the decolletage on the dress–very apt given her role as the face of Agent Provocateur.

Must have been a day of mixed emotions for Ronson, who less than two months ago in response to Amy Winehouse’s death Tweeted, “She was my musical soulmate,” adding, “This is one of the saddest days of my life.” Hopefully the marriage provides him a bit of a turning point. As SGP has mentioned to me in times of strife…..time is a beautiful thing.

The lingerie blog gives us a look at what Agent provocateur will have in store this fall. As usual the provocateurs have us fiending with colorful underthings with a much sweeter disposition than prior seasons . Lots of lace and frills and the hottest pair of knickers we have seen so far ( above). More on the flip.

Can a cotton bustier be more perfect? This is the kind we clearly advocate for outside endeavors with a pencil skirt  or  white flare denim for glamour or even a pair of cutoffs . It’s your call ladies …Via net-a-porter.

Agent Provocateur had a party last night celebrating its new Madison Avenue location, replete with a bevvy of scantily-clad models (with lots of admiring male eyes) dancing the night away both  in the store and the street-facing windows. The theme was retro naughty (think Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!) with some of the girls dressed with a cowgirl theme, including a holster armed with a banana. We heard through one of the salesgirls in attendance that the store has been very well received by the neighborhood–it opened in January–and has been packed with shoppers seeking the U.K.-based label’s gorgeous lace and satin lingerie, plus all the accoutrements, like sequin pasties, crop whips and body jewellery. Earlier today we posted an Agent Provocateur video and now via Fashioncopious we have images from its Spring/Summer 2011 lookbook. It features French actress and singer Joséphine de la Baume. The campaign has a bit of a hard edge, integrating as it does elements of style that speak to both fashion editorial and titty mags, which, not sure that works. As for the lingerie itself, it’s classic Agent Provocateur with standout items a white satin corset and a black lace slip. More on the next page.

Supposedly this was initially put out to the world as a voyeur clip of Josephine de la Baume, aka girlfriend of Mark Ronson, hanging out in her hotel room in a bra and panties and high heels. And then Agent Provacateur fessed up and claimed it as its own production. It runs a little long but you could argue that adds to the authenticity….along with the heavy breathing of the guy filming.
