RihRih’s not like you and me, wearing the same beloved gold necklace (or earrings or ring or whatnot) day after day. Nope, the Bajan beauty changes her jinglies for every event and there are very few repeat performances (so if you think her wearing that handcuff bracelet that matched the one her amor, Senor Brown, was wearing, wasn’t a totally calculated move then I got a bridge to sell ya). More Rihanna accessories on the flip….

RihRih used a harness to accessorize her full-length dress for a recent music award show. It’s kinda different and I kinda like it. The one thing that bugs me a little is that she has a white paint job on her toes and it looks like gold for her mani. Even if white goes with everything (or so my Mama says), I need a little more matchiness with my mani and pedi. But who knows, I can’t see detail with this image so maybe there’s some hook-up between the two that my eyes can’t see.

Personally I’m in a heavy-duty gold phase these days, but now that the heat is here, it’s hard not to be tempted by this CC Skye Enamel Deco ring. It’s substantial, yes, but still summery enough to add some pop as an accessory to a sundress and flats.

^^The cost of this pretty thing is 150 bills and it comes in turquoise and black.

Next up from my visit to FFANY is NoMass, a brand-spanking new men’s and women’s shoe line. I had no introduction to this company other than I passed their suite (one part of the show was held in hotel rooms at the New York Hilton) and their shoes caught my eye. Unlike almost everyone else at the show, they were actually taking some chances!

Here was my fave, no surprise part of it is white and features patent leather!:

^^I wanna say this one is called Raine. The line launches in the fall (though I think this one is spring 2009) and I’m told you should be able to purchase it on Zappos.

^^Don’t know the name of these, but they are super fun and a perfect denim match up.

The shoes will be priced from $75 to $135 and they’re leather-lined!

While I have had it up to here with silhouettes of woodland creatures and birds used as a design feature, I fell in immediate love with this ice cream bar necklace, made for Nylon magazine by Lucas Design. There’s a lot of factors tugging at my heartstrings, starting with my longterm love affair with ice cream (and it helps that it’s finally starting to feel like ice cream season in New York), add in the purple sparkle and I’m reeled in hook, line and sinker!

This necklace and some others will be available for $50 a pop on 06/01 at Fred Segal, Karmaloop, and UrbanOutfitters, but there’s not gonna be endless quantities so get ‘em before they melt!

At some conference last week, I kept running into this one particularly stylish woman, who was rocking a Gucci logo belt hard. At first, I was like, hmmm, that’s cool. Haven’t seen anyone run one of those in a minute. But then after I got back home, I realized I couldn’t stop thinking of her belt. Clearly I had caught a bad case of the I-Want-That-Too! virus.

So off I went to Ebay and lo and behold, there was my new obsession:
