You know the drill, we’re Snobs so we’re loathe to post up most fashion ads just cuz most of them are yawners and ’sides, why should we do brands’ dirty work for free? Still, this Lanvin promotional video for the Autumn 2011 line is tres adorable because what could be more fun than judging a model’s dancing skills (or better yet, lack thereof)? Elbaz gets in on the act and couldn’t be more huggable!

Married To The Mob x Casio Baby G Watch

Check out the promo video for Married to the Mob’s collaboration with Casio Baby G. It features made M.O.B. woman, Sarah McSweeney, and puts a spotlight on some of the brand’s past collaborations, including a design hook up with Nike and MCM. The video also gives a nod to McSweeney’s love of cooking and her aspirations to become a chef, a factoid we uncovered in an interview we did so long ago we can’t even link to it!

The watch is available for sale now on the M.O.B. site. Check out the watch and packaging on the next page.

Video: Kate Moss & Rabbit For Basement

Kate Moss got down with a Teddy bear recently, and now she’s playing footsie with a bunny rabbit for a Chilean label called Basement. We’ve enjoyed the fashion worlds love affair with plush toys (case in point Jeremy Scott’s panda sneakers!), but Moss is revealing herself to be a bit behind the curve on the trend by participating in a campaign featuring a man in a rabbit suit at least a year after mass market car brand Kia did a spot featuring not just a teddy bear and a sock money, but three more adorable creatures (including a robot who does the robot in the video!!)

PFW Video: Miu Miu Runway Show Autumn 2011

Miu Miu’s moment continues with its Autumn 2011 runway show at Paris Fashion Week, with its trademark swallows and lush mink stoles back in play. Miucca Prada’s genius is her ability to create signature patterns and graphics, which are instantly identifiable as belonging to Miu Miu (or older sis, Prada).  And what the fashion plates love is that those swallows, monkeys and bananas speak to almost a secret/insider language, far elevated above that of a logo, which for some is viewed as almost crude in its directness. Video: Prada ‘Real Fantasies’ Spring 2011

Titled “Real Fantasies,” this Prada video lookbook directed by James Lima is an artsy look at Prada’s Spring 2011 offerings, in large part  inspired by tripped-out 60s fashion when Twiggy was at her height, but also with some sprinkle dust from Monty Python for added amusement. All in all, another departure (House of Holland’s camp “Hawt Couture”) from the sexy-girl-with-bedroom-hair themes, which have come to dominate video look books over the past few years. Which, we like–change is good.
