I know little about this Kate Upton devotee Tumblr called Skate Upton, other than its theme is putting images of Upton on boards. This one is bikini themed.
See a “bouncy” Skate Upton board GIF version on the next page. Enjoy!
When it launched just over a year ago, Vans “Sophie” became something of an instant classic, which is saying a lot given the brand’s deeply rooted heritage in skate kicks! Here we see the new colors for spring, all featuring perforated leather. A yellow and black pair on the next page. Via Provider.
Vans recently got together with actress Lucy Hale for a casual photo shoot at its Irvine, Calif., store. Hale is best known for her role in the tv series “Pretty Little Liars.” In this image, she’s wearing one of our favorite 2010 launches from Vans, the Sophie saddle shoe. This comes via Vansgirlsblog. See more on the next page.
Kicking ourselves for not being able to slot the launch of the Vans X MadeMe shoe collabo into our schedules, but ahh well, that is neither here nor there. More importantly, the shoes are quite adorable, carrying that distinct design flavor of MadeMe designer Erin Magee (the collection is called ”Life Is A Mystery,” a tribute to Magee’s adored, Madonna) and even better, you can buy them now in the MadeMe store for 70 beans–nice! Featured styles are the Camryn and the Wellesley. More looks after the flip.
Skater, video documentor of life and all around appealing person, Levi Maestro got together with her Downtown dopeness, Vas$htie, as part of his “Maestro Knows” show with the purpose of introducing her recently launched Jordan collabos to the world. Thoroughly adorable and a nice capture of the more charming aspects of life in New York City. Via Highsnobiety.
One of our all-time most popular Vans posts was the one featuring the “Sophie,” shown here. Since then, “Vans saddle shoes” are key words that have led lots of people to our site. This morning while doing some shoe shopping I noted they were newly arrived at Solestruck. So have at ‘em, ladies!
Blogger buddies MISS attended the ASR trade show and liked what they saw at the Roxy booth, giving the denim shorts shown here top grades. I like ‘em, too! Visit MISS for more ASR coverage. In the meantime, I’m typing this on my annoying laptop from the Vdara hotel (view is amazing!) in Vegas. I’m about to head to Magic so stay tuned for updates on what I see later.
Reflecting the trend toward outdoor looks, Vans takes detail-inspiration from hiker boots and marries it with its classic vulcanized bottom for a look that’s fresh, fun and functional (fleece lined). Love the purple laces against the black suede. Sorry guys, but this one is strictly for the ladies. One more colorway after the flip.
Been waiting for this collabo for a minute! We caught glimpses of it during a a Vans showroom visit from a while back, but here finally is the Vans X Claw Money collabo collection in all its glory. It includes the hi-top “Hadley” and the low “Aleeda.” There’s also a tee-shirt and the funnest socks, all featuring the inonic claw logo. It will be available at select retailers this month, though especially Vans and ClawMoney.
This is probably the sportswear collection all the women with an affinity for sport/street gear will love. Nike goes back to basics with sleek shapes and great details on apparel and footwear that makes this 6.0 collection highly covetable. On the next page a few of the pieces we’ll be fiending for. There’s even a zip-up bustier top!
