While Spring is taking its sweet time to be felt in NYC Opening Ceremony released their Spring Breakers collection. As an ode to the dark yet addictive drama the collection features bikinis, unicorn printed sweatshirts, bandanas and indivdual jerseys for each member of film’s  the girl gang. Last week we announced the publication of an autobiographical documentation about Beyoncé promising to get an insight into her professional and social life. Directed by herself, the documentary will premiere on February 16 on HBO. Today, we can show you the teaser for the movie. Enjoy!

Beyoncé is making an autobiographical movie, directed by and starring the singer and actress. The documentary which will premiere February 16th on HBO will take us more into her personal life and also give us a deep insight into her musical career featuring live performances and confessional self-recorded video footage of her and her family.  Michael Lombardo, HBO president of programming, said:

“Along with electrifying footage of Beyoncé onstage, this unique special looks beyond the glamour to reveal a vibrant, vulnerable, unforgettable woman.”

THE CANYONS – 1950’s TEASER TRAILER Narration from Tim Burden on Vimeo.

‘The Canyons’ is a contemporary L.A. noir film directed by Paul Schrader, writer Bret Easton Ellis, and producer Braxton Pope about the dangers of sexual obsession and ambition starring Lindsey Lohan and porno star James Deen. According to producer Braxton Pope, it is not unlikely that Lindsay will stage her comeback with the 50’s ispired movie as she turned out to be a “very charismatic and talented actress.” The trailer featured here above is the second official trailer with a voice-over of Tim Burden. The fisrt version was released about one month ago and can be watched here. The final movie will hit cinemas in somewhen 2013.

Check out the backstage film shot by Sean Frank during the preparations for the Spring/Summer 2013 show of Alexander McQueen. Personally, Alexander McQueen shows always put me in the mood to watch  Keira Knightley movies – you know, the ones so flowy & romantic you almost wish you were born 100 years ago. Terrific!

We showed you first images of the H&M camaign featuring Lana del Rey a few weeks ago. Today, we can present a first snippet of the camaign video with Lana covering Bobby Vinton’s song ‘Blue Velvet’, better known from the correspondent David Lynch cult movie. Lana is filmed singing to a room full of Lana Del Rey clones with matching bouffant hair and beige dresses.The official premiere of the campaign video is set for September 20. We will keep you posted.

The much hyped movie ‘Spring Breakers’ debuted at Venice International Film Festival last week. While we are all waiting for the movie to hit cinemas in Spring 2013, a second teaser just released. In this second teaser we get an insight into James Francos character – a grill-wearing drug dealer. Have a a look at a still above from 7 For All Mankind’s video presentation for Autumn 2012, titled “Flowers for the Risen,” as directed, edited and photo directed by James Franco, who has had an ongoing creative partnership with the brand. The first of a series of shorts, the video has a surrealistic Gothic feel and  features the beautiful Lily Donaldson, plus actress Cody Horn and Lou Doillon. The backing song for this first episode, “Lady,” comes courtesy of the Chromatics.

Today, the video for Longchamps‘ Autumn/Winter 2012 campaign was launched. Directed by Blanca Li, the movie stars top models Coco Rocha, Emily Di Donato and Noreen Carmody, who play the role of the typical Parisian attitude in a slightly exaggerated way. The video reflects once again the brand’s theme of movement, showing the girls in everyday situations like riding a bike, dancing and ultimately making their way to the Montmatre district laden with bags and boxes. Check out the video here above, it really radiates some very nice energy. Enjoy!

After a successful collaboration  for the film adaptation of Romeo & Juliet in 1996, Miuccia Prada will once again design costumes for  Baz Luhrman’s  upcoming film  The Great Gatsby. As a teaser of what is to come,  U.S.Vogue’s  September issue features  40 dresses from  Prada and Miu Miu’s archives that  have been selected for  the film. We’re already excited!
