Usually, we’re used to see Kate Upton posing on beaches only wearing bikinis or even less. For the October issue of Jalouse magazine the model proves that she looks just as gorgeos in high-necked dresses as in sexy swim suits. The editorial was shot by Alexei Hay and is entitled ‘Holy Kate’.

They’ve been friends and collaborators for many years with Kate Moss most recently appearing in George Micheal’s latest music video “White Light,” and now Paris Vogue captures their friendship for the cover of the October 2012 issue. The supermodel also appears alongside the singer in an editorial spread, photographed by Mario Testino. First images after the jump.

One of our faves, Russian super Natalia Vodianova as photographed by Jason Hetherington for The Times Magazine September 2012 issue.  Must say, Vodianova is werking the bushy eyebrow trend as hard as anyone in the business.

Katie Grand from Love magazine and Hogan have teamed up on a capsule collection to be released in January 2013. As announced on Style.com, the collection will feature three sneakers based on styles from the Hogan archive, a ballerina flat, leather purses, and oval sunglasses with a heart motif. On the occasion, Katie and Hudson will also release a one-off publication, photographed by Dan Jackson that will be released with the capsule’s launch featuring top models Alessandra Ambrosio, Cara Delevigne, Edie Campbell and Linda Evangelista. Parisian editor Carine Roitfeld chooses Kate Upton as photographed by Bruce Weber to cover the first issue of CR Fashion Book, which hits newstands September 13th. The theme of this issue is rebirth, thus the chicks, along with interior editorials featuring Roitfeld’s pregnant daughter. Upton as a cover choice has Roitfeld’s love of the contrarian viewpoint written all over it (as of late the model’s worthiness as anything more than a pin-up girl has been hotly debated), not to mention her appreciation for cleavage shots. On another note, one thing that’s really adorable about this image is Upton’s full-on girly grin, you really get the impression she is genuinely tickled by the handful of chicks she’s been tasked with holding. What a great trick to illicit a genuinely happy face.

NFL’s  season just kicked off, which for me translates to the boyfriend spending lots more time on the couch for the next few months. And while I’m not likely to join him–except during commercial breaks, a big percentage of  NFL fans are in fact women, a fact not lost on Victoria’s Secret, which has put together a great collection for the season.
