So the rumors of Adele landing the cover for U.S. Vogue turned out to be true. She looks good, love the boobiliciousness, Vogue did her justice. All hot on the heels of Karl Lagerfeld’s bishy comments about her needing to lose a few pounds.

The other night on the phone talking sports, I mentioned a college basketball coach to my Dad, who told me he didn’t like the guy. Why? No rational reason, he said, just didn’t like him. And he laughed. Same for me and Gwyneth. She still bugs me after all these years. And for no great reason. My latest irritation? That she has to name drop Beyonce or Jay-Z or both(!) in every interview she gives. As if that’s gonna help her p.r. issues!
