I know it was announced ages ago  that Claw Money was launching a line of bags, but now you can actually buy them, and they’re gorgeous and beautifully detailed and really fun.

^^This to me epitomizes the next-step direction for women’s streetwear: beautiful detailing, bold color and pattern combinations that all add up to a very energized and stand-out-from-the-pack piece. This aint no Jacob bag, people, and that is a good thing.

(I might be wrong about this but it seems like Karmaloop has a bigger selection of the Claw X Boosted collabos than Claw’s site.)

I don’t know if it’s because I spent my tween and teens years fighting  not to have  to wear pink flowery dresses with big  bows … But I have a great appreciation for women’s fashion that is edgy, unique with hints of  anything  connected to utilitarian…This collection by Sophie Hulme hits all the right notes… Plus, When does a girl ever get to have a whistle on her jacket?

Bridal shoes always lack a little oomph for me but this line with adjustable heel heights and the option to have you and your hubby’s name embroidered  inside..

Using three of Reebok’s state-of-the-art technologies, the InstaPump Fury is Professor Maeda’s canvas, and his handwritten code that decorates the shoe’s lining creates puddles of graphics all over the shoe.  With so many parts – from the pump to the carpet fiber to the Hexalite – it’s a whole different animal. 

Only 300 pairs of these electrifying sneakers will be available as of July 2nd for $200 but only a portion will be available on Reebok’s website here in the US"

I have a new appreciation for still-life photograpers…I think that is the closest my little camera can come to the real thing..Nothing beats actually wearing them tough…

We all know that The Lake & Stars is a hot lingerie line, but did you know that the name comes from Victorian-era slang for a woman who knows how to put it on a man between the sheets? That just cracks me up, especially since I thought people barely even HAD sex during that era! And then how do you use it in a sentence? "Yo M’lady, thouest be the lake AND the stars!" LOL. Funny.

^^You can purchase the set at ActiveEndeavors (which should open their pockets and use REAL models not plastic ones that make the garments look like crap!). The bottoms are after the flip. I didn’t put them here because I have personal issues with any clothing that features ribbons. Too prissy for me, but to each her own.

Grigio Perla, La perla’s line of Undies and swimwear  for men,Is again to me the willingness of labels to extend their brand in a direction that is not always  a garanty for success..I dunno how long ago it launched but…I wonder how their sales are doing …As I said yesterday there is always this image of a brand that sticks in our minds… I love La Perla But the label will forever in my my mind be associated with women….
