Fila is one of those labels that Lois and I  have alot of love for.They have recently introduced the "Melrose" a womens hi-top. I like the sleekness of it as well as the slant in the back making hi-tops so much more comfortable.More no the Next page!

This is one of the coolest pieces I have seen from Dimepice’s f/w 08 collection.The women focused streetwear line based in the Los Angeles,created by Ashley Dimes and Laura Marie is continuing their foray into fashion with a collection that is fun and still edgy.I love the untraditional take on the sweatshirt,the generous hood and the slim sleeves for a shape that makes this piece an easy transition from casual day to a night out.Available at Cultist

At this point I don’t know if Converse can do anything wrong,their designs teams must be really busy…Sneaker design does not always need to be groundbreaking sometimes sleek, understated  and practical is enough.The fur lined converse All stars ,with a suede toe represent the perfect winter sneaker if there is such a thing.Available at Luisaviaroma

Last tuesday Reebok hosted  a stylist event at STK in Los Angeles.The event gave the stylemakers and celebs of the west coast an opportunity to preview their spring collection while networking and feasting on a customized menu.

Yours truly had the opportunity to style the event, and present to the trendsetters and celebs  the fashion quotient the Reebok brand has been able to maintain and striving to continually expand.

I have a couple of pieces from Romeo Gigli  from the 90’s that I still wear today.He has a an aesthetic that is timeless and strives to not focus on a "total look" to use his own words:

"I have never created for ’someone’ in particular, always for ‘anyone’ willing to take a journey of the imagination made up of dissonant harmonies, freedom and sharing," said the designer in the statement announcing the new line.
