if you’ve ever been skeptical about online high-end retailers, designers are clearly not. Taking advantage of the globality of the Internet many are creating exclusive products just for them, like this chain- print oversized tee by Givenchy exclusively for Luisaviaroma. For those of us who never got our hands on the extreme bling factor of their Fall ‘08 neck piece.

Need we say more about how excited we are about this? This M.O.B. Colette tee is part of the French retailer’s latest designer collabo series, commemorating Barbie’s 50th birthday. It features a special collection designed by Jeremy Scott, as well as a bunch of other select designers. No word yet on when these tees go on sale, but we will let you know as soon as we know!

The long awaited collaboration between Urban Outfitters and Sonic Youth’s Kim Gordon has finally dropped both in stores and online. Titled Mirror/Dash, the collection is small with under 10 pieces ranging in price from $54 to $98 dollars. The collection is very simple and the colors are subdued. It’s a good line to mix in with louder pieces from your wardrobe to keep things chic. I’m curious about what you all think of this collaboration? Thoughts?

Photog Tommy at Jak&Jil almost passed out upon spying these. Thank god he grabbed the shot before falling to his knees. We truly are in an amazing period of design for footwear. Soak it all in fashion devotees, it won’t last forever!

The Stussy/Hellz Bellz “Ladies First” collabo we mentioned on the site earlier this week is now live in Stussy Chapter stores. A handful of other streetwear retailers will carry pieces of it as well. Gotta give Stussy props for the smartness of this collabo–it youthens its brand up and enables Stussy to reach women to a degree that it would struggle to do on its own. Natch, rubbing shoulders with the all-time great Stussy is a lovely look for HellzBellz, too!

In my eyes Chloe Sevigny can do no wrong. One of my favorite actresses and style inspirations, I find her choices to be really courageous. Her latest collaboration with Opening Ceremony showed at London Fashion week and it’s no exception to Chloe’s eclectic aesthetic. The unisex line has teamed up with Bass to expand the collection from RTW to footwear, now including saddle shoe boots, gladiator style wedge sandals, and loafers. Expect lots of over-sized pieces good for layering including accessories, such as scarves, that had a large part on the overall look. The use of materials such as moleskin and tweed had a very Sherlock Holmes kind of feel to it. Prices start at just $95 and the collection will be available at Opening Ceremony, Colette, Dover Street Market, and Barneys.

A Chanel Segway?? I’m on the fence as to weather this is really hot or just kinda dorky. Let me know what you all think. The personal transporter comes with quilted hand grips, black leather mudflaps, and it is absolutely dripping in the Chanel logo. Perhaps the most intriguing amenity is the Chanel 2.55 handbag that hangs from the handlebars, so you can look fly while speeding along at a whopping 12 miles an hour. Karl darling, you never cease to amaze me.
