For the next edition of the Liberty and Nike sneaker collaboration, the two companies off up an Air Max 90 in a magenta and pink rubine flower print, as framed by tan leather supports that make that give the shoe a very sweet and fashionable look. Look for a 2013 launch date. We say totally Highsnobette approved. What’s your opinion?

Mark 2013 as the year of the platform oxford, originating in equal parts from a mash up of men’s vintage-looking oxfords, creepers and platform sneakers (a la East Village Shoe Repair in NYC). Above is Madwell’s version, called the “Lord” platform oxford, created in collaboration with French label Sessun. The shoes are also available in black here.

Recently spotted on the always on point Style Bubble, is this short film titled “The Student,” highlighting the collaboration between the iconic Dr. Martens and menswear label A. Sauvage. It’s a collection after our own menswear-loving hearts featuring as it does a trio of oxfords we find highly covetable. All slick in black patent, navy leather with a white sole and a silk Kente pattern–a nod to designer Adrien Victor Sauvage’s Ghanaian roots. U.K.’s WAH Nails has teamed up with acrylic accessories comany Love My Custom on a necklace, as shown above. The concept was thought up by WAH Nails owner and founder, Sharmadean Reid, and Lisa Marie Carter, the creative force and owner of Love My Custom. Each of the WAH Nails staff was gifted with a necklace and while this custom item is not available for purchase, Love My Custom has lots of  fun earrings, rings and necklaces now available on its etail site.

Belgian designer Maarten de Ceulaer has joined forced with Fendi on a collection of furniture speaking to the Italian brand’s iconic striped motif. The result were a number of furnishings with multi-colored leather planks, wrapped around objects such as benches and tree stumps. The decoration items were exhibited during Design Miami.

Fendi creative director for accessories Silvia Fendi explains:

“These are definitely more functional works than former collaborations. We were lying on his floor bed thinking about how to develop a bag that transforms into seating.”

For this holiday season CLOT teamed up with COMME des FUCKDOWN on a full line in the typical Christmas -and also Clot signature- red color. The collection consists of hoodies, print tees, jackets and caps.

COMME des FUCKDOWN for Clot will be available at JUICE stores in Shanghai, Taiwan and Kuala Lumpur as well as online starting today.

Japanese brand Izzue teamed up with the famous American footwear brand Jeffrey Campbell and created this futuristic looking heeled sports shoes that promise to make women’s legs look longer and slimmer. The shoes are available in silver/white, black leather, and shiny black and will hit selected Izzue stores soon. Via Clothic
