This past week Reebok hosted an intimate Presentation of their Summer 08 looks to Stylists and Trendsetters at the Penthouses of the Soho grand in NYC,that’s a view from fome the south penthouse.HighSnobette snapped a few pics aof the styles that caught our eye…

Maybe it’s the eighties kid in me but Gold on sneakers just works for me..thankfully Styles like the NPC and the Ventilator have made their way to the women’s Collections.

A Vans collabo with New York City illustrator Karen Richter strikes me as a match made in heaven. There’s just something about her cute designs that matches up well with the sensibilities of Vans’ feminine side.

Creative Rec is still doing it and it’s one of the few sneaker brands that takes designing for ladies as seriously as it does for the fellas. I’m told the following group represent the best of spring 2008:

I am the biggest damn magpie in the world and generally even the cheapest of flashes catches my eye, but for some reason I’m not feeling these super sparkle Air Rifts. I can imagine thinking they were cute on someone else’s feet, just not mine.
