As mentioned here yesterday Karl Lagerfeld premiered his short flick, “Remember Now” last night, and we present it here, split into two parts. The clothing is gorgeous, but as a poster on YouTube aptly sums up, “Rich and beautiful people fucking themselves with their egos. What an inane cliché.” Funny and true.

Here is a trailer from Karl Lagerfeld’s “Remember Now” short movie, which premiered last night at the Chanel Cruise collection presentation in St. Tropez. This clip features Freja Beha Erichsen, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Heidi Mount and Karolina Kurkova. Tonight you can see the whole shebang replete with obligatory nude, dancing models at 7:30 CET on Chanel-News.

Here’s an interview of model Lara Stone, who was interviewed along with a bunch of other models as part of her participation in H&M’s summer ad campaign for its swimsuit line. She looks and seems like quite the alien in this black and white video, which of course is a big part of why we love her. We showed some of the denim looks from the G-Star Raw line, which features actress Liv Tyler as its spokesmodel. Here are some behind-the-scenes looks from the summer ad campaign, shot by Anton Corbijn. From what I can see, we’re definitely getting a look at the more serious side of Liv Tyler, who has always struck me as having a light spirit sort of in the same vein as Kate Hudson.

Vlisco is a textile company founded in 1846 in South Holland, who later moved their  cotton printing from Indonesia to  Africa. The company showcases their new fabric collections with these extravagant couture  editorial campaigns that we had totake the time to acknowledge . Miu Miu’s summer 2010 ad campaign images are out, shot by  Mert Alas & Marcus Piggot. Miucca has never been one to follow trends; she’s always done her own thing and sometimes her lines are a smash hit because they happen to be in sync with the moment and sometimes they stay more quietly in the background, but her presentation is always impecable and her point of view is always visionary.

Burberry last week released a video showcasing its heavy lifters for spring: raincoats and rainboots with lots and lots of the company’s trademark plaid.

Watch an adorable, behind-the-scenes video of Chris Louboutin preparing for a dance vide0 (which can be viewed at Fashionair) that functions largely as a marketing piece for the brand–images of shoes flash along side the video as it plays. This one is actually funner as it features some interview with Christian, who reveals that this is his first time doing a coreographed dance. “I’ve been dancing like everyone in clubs and that’s about it.” Not bad, Christian!
