Being a Snobette in our definition is  in many ways  about loving the authenticity in style and fashion in all its quality,  creativity and even quirkiness. While fast fashion mega brands have been praised with democratizing fashion, we often wish the offerings were more unique/original and did not get “inspired” by talented creatives who create lust-worthy pieces with originality and sass.  A few years back we noticed Madewell’s “love” of A PeaceTreaty and recently, the cool ladies of Sixsixsickgirls bring to our attention Topshop’s Nail tip ring, which clearly is a rendition of the famed Bijules nail ring. All we have to say is why? Why not create something unique?

For all the pomp & circumstance, the fruit-filled bowls and candelabras, the Chanel-logo train, in the end it was the shoes, bags and jewellery that dazzled the most brightly.
