To celebrate their 100 year anniversary, Shcott collaborated with Henry Holland on a capsule collection of jackets. Blending classic Schott silhouettes and Holland’s humour the jackets are bold and lots of fun. One more style on the flip. Available in November at Selfridges .

Fred Perry  reintroduces the classic cotton ‘Mac’ for   its Autumn/Winter 2012′ Authentics’ collection. Taking inspiration from the 60’s, the mac is a classic mushroom shape with double entry Harrington pockets, a classic tartan lining and buttons under the collar to be worn up or down. We took a peek at Capsule last week, and will be sharing with you some of our favorites. First up, Norblack Nor White who introduces the ‘Bomb Bombers’ (above) a capsule collection of hand dyed silk bomber jackets and track pants that are fully reversible ( went to heaven anc back). What happens when French army style meets the retro-inspired motorcycle attitude of the early 60’s, shows this parka from the house of Denham. With the Highland jacket, the brand created a praka that features just the same characteristics as its namesake: strong, fast, soft and warm. Not to mention that the jacket looks just gorgeous. With its nubuk leather sleeves and a chunky knit collar, the parka offers the best conditions to become our favorite companion for cold days. The legendary Stussy teamed up with the fierce ladies of Lovemade to create a  capsule collection of apparel and accessories. We already posted the video teaser for this collab on Monday. Rooted in the cool 80’s aerobic style the collection titled ‘ Heart Beat’ is available now and features cropped tees, and sweatshirts, leggings, a jacket and a  sexy bodycon dress.Graphics are inspired by city  landscapes with  neon accents. Made of  heavily  laundered vintage French linen slipcovers and Italian navy blankets from the 1950s the Trouper DLG parka for women takes style and functionality to new levels with  intricate details and a detachable inner layer that can be worn on its own. This beauty is now available at Denham.

Ann Demeulemeester’s (will never learn to write her name!) Autumn 2012 collection features my favorite color combination for fall– black and midnight blue.  I’ve taken an especially shine to the “Aspect” coat, a multi-panelled jacket with an adjustable collar and placket as well as a completely removable skirted section. The jacket is available now at LN-CC for a retail price of $2200.

Australia is known for being the land of dreamy surfers but for us is also the home of many of  our favorite designers. One such line that has been winning over hearts stateside is Zanerobe.

The menswear line founded about ten years ago by Leigh Testoni and Jonathan Yeo has everything to do with a sexy laid back surf appeal with an urban sophistication. Small details and fun  prints on modern silhouettes create looks that we love to see on our men, but also has some pieces  that we would love to borrow and keep for  a while.
