This was upsetting to watch for a lot of reasons… I don’t think this kind of behavior is interesting to watch or to have amped up and circulated… especially in a fashion video. While Wang keeps his ears to the streets in some senses… using ASAP Rocky, working w. Azealia Banks… I feel like this is not a good representation even of this kind of a person. The “white trash” or “ghetto” aesthetic is being embraced in so many ways in so many industries as a style and to disregard its relevance by embodying it in this character was a major failure.
