Store Window Art: Gucci x Hirohiko Araki ‘Jolyne, Fly High with Gucci’

Gucci has plans to team with Japanese manga artist Hirohiko Araki on a series of illustrations designed for store windows, a campaign that is planned to launch today. Titled “Joylne, Fly High With Gucci,” the illustrations (see two of them above) will tell the tale of a journey taken by character Jolyne Cujoh, whose travels feature fashion and other goods featuring many of Gucci’s rich design themes. Looking forward to seeing this. And I would like to mention that the artist’s name is misspelled, its Hirohiko Araki not “Hirohika”.
thanks, luv : )
No prob. Oh by the way, I caught a glimpse of the artwork today at Costa Mesa. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow to take photos.
