JeremyScottSpring2012 (2)

Jeremy Scott goes all Daisy May at the country fair a la 1980 on us and I confess to feeling confused. Which is the meanest thing I’m gonna say. Why you ask? Cuz his fuzzy animal sneakers with Adidas have earned him lifetime immunity. It’s as simple as that!

  1. alex:

he creeps me out and is super overrated.ok cool we get it hes close with katy perry and rihanna, he makes cool stuff but it mostly seems like high fashion halloween, all the js i own ends up collecting cobwebs. I tweeted him a pic of my watch i bought of his that i loved and he replied back saying ‘i should wrap it around something else and take a picture’ implying my crotch! CREEP!!!

  2. Who can really wear this? What man is going to wear that demin jumper thing. I have yet to see anybody actually wear this man clothing outside except maybe those winged shoes he did awhile back. I really think he is overrated. I saw Rihanna in a nice jacket by him and Katy Perry, but thats it and they were also rich girls who can play around with their outfits. I want to see the real folks rocking. I also saw some behind the scenes stuff and he has some crotchless pants on a man with a hairy ass during this show. I don’t get it, he just puts together anything

  3. “crotchless pants on a man with a hair ass”……..that is hysterical.

i will say that i don’t need my fave designers to be only about what’s wearable and i have admired some of his collections, but the truth is this one just didn’t feel right to me. i think jeremy does enjoy giving big eff yous to the fashion industry and it’s never a bad thing to have that one designer who doesn’t give a damn and if nothing else inspires emotion and discussion.
