Cozy and always  functional, the women’s  JNBYcollection makes the thought of fall bearable. Soft layers and flattering colors for the delight of the city dweller with style. Take  a closer glimpse on the flip.

One of my personal favorites from Project was Nickelson Wooster’s  “Project Wooster.’ As a woman in love with fine menswear (and the men who appreciate it), the enclave presented personal favorites like Dr. Romanelli, Raif,  Barker Black as well as discoveries like Parabellum  whose bags are so perfectly swoon worthy I lamost walked away with the Medicine Man duffle (above). One  cannot deny the heat factor of well styled cheongsam. The latest from Shrimpton couture  is a piece from the 60s with vivid embroidery and a body hugging silhouette we definitely approve of . Kind of reminds me of what I wore to the prom, way back when…view in detail on the flip and pick up at SC couture here.

The KAS New York  label, created by Kirat Anand a few years ago, boasts a wide assortment of lush prints, embroidery and beading, reminiscent of his Indian origins. The pieces we loved the most were the signature ”‘Tarah”embroidered caftans, which  play along with our love of global luxury “à la gypset .” More on the next page.

A very sensual Beyonce with glistening skin, lots of lingerie and even a sheer tank! We love the melody and the rock guitar, though we wish her pitch was a little softer, more in harmony with the images she shares. Nonetheless, this woman is the total package when it comes to talent, grace and of course looks. Enjoy!

B-store ’s shoe offerings for Spring 2012, in my opinion, were the overall best at Project. There were other brands who had either single or multiple pairs capable of making the heart beat faster, but for B-store it was every single shoe–want, want, want, to the point where it was very tough to pick one for the front page (and in fact I may pull one or two for separate posts). An unusual blend of colors, materials, and silhouettes combined to create a collection that exuded warmth and beauty. Just lovely.

Yes style is not about logos, however the lux lovers in us cannot deny the heat factor of a simple leather belt with vintage looking double G’s. Available at net-a-porter.

We’re developing a hardcore crush on Adidas Originals Blue line; it’s a push into lifestyle clothes and shoes that is less frilly than Stella and rather has that feminine Tomboy vibe we adore. We only photographed the shoes at the show, but you can check out clothes from the Spring 2012 line here.
