The artists decision not to depict anyones face made me feel as if its emphasizing how much we focus on a persons clothes or lack of, instead of the person as a whole. i think both genders, and people in general have freedom to choose how they dress. To say that men don't ,seems sort of simplistic. Lots of males wear skirts, dresses, as they have the freedom to do so, and those items arent necessarily gender specific but more for function and comfort.
