Two different versions of Gwen Stefani are featured on the April cover of Elle magazine, and within the article she references her wedding dress, as designed by John Galliano. Apparently it was considered to be so wondrous that it’s being sent to the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. She’s quoted as saying,

“I said I wanted [my wedding dress] to be over the top, but not traditional – I wanted it to be everything. But how do you tell this genius over the phone? He was, like, OK, and sent me these drawings of this unbelievable, perfect dress. It’s going into the V&A now. I didn’t wanna send it because I was scared it would get ruined. But it’s a work of art, it needed to be seen.”

The lovely Ms. Claw Money is now retailing her Spring/Summer 2011 collection of tees, and this time around it’s inspired by easy-breezy beach life, capitalizing on the brand’s laid-back and cool personality. And the claw logo, of course the claw. Claw shot this lookbook, upping the fun ante by posing the model, Lina, against computer-generated backdrops. Because honestly, as close as the beach is to us New Yorkers, how often do we actually get our feet on sand in the summer?? More on the next page.

Could not pick a favorite so we had to introduce to you the latest All Saints sandals “Athi,” “Rho“ (above), and “Theta,” which in our opinion,  take the brand’s shoe game to the next level. Colette launched its pop-up shop with Colette last week and we noticed that among planned events was an appearance by artist Fafi to customize Chanel bags. As delightful a match as Chanel and Colette are, adding artist Fafi to the mix is liking adding hot fudge to the sundae so of course Highsnobiety was on hand to document the event.
