German-based sunglass company Mykita has paired up with NY artist Agathe Snow to create a line of “Cyrus” sunglasses, which feature city skylines and monuments. Which skyline this particular set features….no idea. New York featuring the former Twin Towers? Available at Colette.

My obsession with camouflage took me to recently lay eyes on this beauty of a bicycle by none other than Trussardi. Flawless in every way this is the bicycle that sets the tone for city biking chic. No idea Kate Moss had been retired from the runway for seven years prior to her appearance yesterday on Marc Jacob’s Paris Fashion Week runway for Louis Vuitton Autumn 2011. Or that the day she appeared was some sort of anti-smoking day. In any case, her puffing and half-exposed bum are garnering lots of mainsream news presentation, though we’re still not certain if this is a plus for LV or not. In a way, it’s already overexposed, then again, having Kate sprinkle her magic fairy dust on brands has proven more or less to be money in the bank.

Miu Miu’s moment continues with its Autumn 2011 runway show at Paris Fashion Week, with its trademark swallows and lush mink stoles back in play. Miucca Prada’s genius is her ability to create signature patterns and graphics, which are instantly identifiable as belonging to Miu Miu (or older sis, Prada).  And what the fashion plates love is that those swallows, monkeys and bananas speak to almost a secret/insider language, far elevated above that of a logo, which for some is viewed as almost crude in its directness. Stussy is pleased to present the Stussy Womens Spring/Summer 2011 Lookbook shot and directed by photographer Shaniqwa Jarvis. New York native Jarvis, who has spent the last five years living between Los Angeles and London, gives us a behind the scenes look infused with a hyper-real summer day. The mood was inspired by movement, colors and textures that capture the essence of Stussy and Southern California.
