PFW Video: Miu Miu Runway Show Autumn 2011

Miu Miu’s moment continues with its Autumn 2011 runway show at Paris Fashion Week, with its trademark swallows and lush mink stoles back in play. Miucca Prada’s genius is her ability to create signature patterns and graphics, which are instantly identifiable as belonging to Miu Miu (or older sis, Prada).  And what the fashion plates love is that those swallows, monkeys and bananas speak to almost a secret/insider language, far elevated above that of a logo, which for some is viewed as almost crude in its directness.
