The Sally Lapointe  Autumn/Winter 2011 runway takes you into a  fantasy world where there are no limits. Inspired by photographic processing, the show took place  in a white room lit with red lights and a moving abstract projection. Pale hues progressed into blues, blacks and then stark red. These Fendi sandals are way too high to be “flatforms,” everyone’s favorite new silhouette, but there something about the design that does speak to the trend. Levi’s Fenom is a collaboration between Levi’s Japan and Fragment Design, the agency headed by musician and designer, Hiroshi Fujiwara. The two entities have created men’s styles before, but this is the first time for women. Note the stud detail on the waist, the side zip and the white label.
