Tom Ford Opens Store In L.A.

Tom Ford had a store opening party in Los Angeles on Rodeo Drive yesterday. It’s his first store with an entire floor dedicated to womenswear. No one with an internet connection was allowed to attend. (That’s a joke for anyone who’s thinking of reporting it as actual news.) Seriously though, if there is an industry leader who has created more ill will among the fashion internets–you know, that place all those “international fashion magazines” are scrambling to draw traffic as their print subscriptions circle the drain–I’m not sure who it is.
