Through his lower-priced T line, Alex Wang hooks up his girls with the looks that made him famous. All the basics are here with some slight variations on the themes. However, given how many brands have followed him down this path, it could have benefited Wang to be a little less safe, or rather create a few items that clearly can be identified as being his and his alone. This is why in part women are choosing shoes and bags as their signature pieces. Short of a logo, lots of brands’ apparel offerings can barely be distinguished from the lower-priced wannabees.
