Take a closer look at the Reality Studio Spring 2011 collection, which was presented at Berlin Fashion Week as a moving runway  through the streets of Berlin on bicycles.  Svenja Specht  continues to  charm with her modern take on apparel that is comfortable and extremely versatile. The brain child of Indonesian super model Fahrani Empel ( Fa Empel), Pawaka is a label whose statement  reflects deliberate fun, fearlessness, individuality, with a lot of sexy. The collection, only in its first season establishes Pawaka  as a full on lifestyle brand as  it includes neon lingerie (luv!),  apparel, swimwear, bags, shoes and even sunglasses. Berlin-based Star Styling, whose Spring collection we viewed while visiting Capsule earlier this week, is know for its non-serious edge, but behind the joi-de-vivre attitude is a seriously strong color and materials story, which shows itself in the tops above. New technology materials are used to detail a down-to-earth, gauzy cotton for a look that is very new millennium moonage daydream. More after the flip, including some denim dresses and bags. Fun yes, but clever, too.

The first image of Lara Stone’s cover for Vogue Paris is out and it’s quite the stunner, highlighting the two features upon which much her fame has been built: the gap and her rack. Which of course was done tongue in cheek because there is always so much more to a person’s essence and what they bring to the table than their physical features. On another note, given Carine Roitfeld’s role in kick-starting Stone’s career, she must be truely relishing her success and her ability to cap it all off with this gorgeous image. Via Fashioncopious. While at the Capsule trade show Tuesday, we of course visited Claw to see what the brand was up to. This ultra-awesome Claw key chain leaped out and were suprised to discover that it’s not new and has been in the Claw store for a minute. Nice, right? Especially since it has a weaponish feel to it. On the other side, the “Clawingdales” tote from Claw’s Autumn 2010 collection and a look at a tee from the Spring 2011 line.

When it comes to Westwood I never know what to expect from any of her shows. She is a woman who doesn’t follow trends nor does she like to set them but as it happens she does. Her Red Label Spring  2011 show catered to everyone. From the androgynous well tailored suit to the flowing feminine dress, Westwood made sure she packed her show with, it seems, whatever she felt like creating. This is something Westwood is renowned for–creating what she desires and giving trends the two fingers “Anarchy Design.” Who said punk was dead?  Daisy Lowe also made a guest appearance on the runway.
