This is not Booji’s first appearance on this site, but judging from advance images from the Spring line, it looks like the brand has evolved quite a bit since we saw it about this time last year. Designer Miss MDot got her start as a member of the JB Classics family and that brand’s forward design sensibility clearly influences her product, with the added twist that Miss MDot’s product all feature animal friendly ecologocially-friendly materials. Obey recently did a tee-shirt collabo with performance art/punk band Jennifer the Leopard, and online retailer 80sPurple followed up with a video interview, which is featured here. Love their spirit! Looks from Autumn coming soon!

With a newly opened store in New York,  All Saints is an interesting addition to the retail landscape with offerings that strike the perfect balance of urban cool and edgy with an aesthetic known  to closely resemble the likes of Rick Owens, Ann Demeulemeester and Helmut Lang . As you know in these parts we tend to veer on the snob side of things. Not necessarily advocating for  an elitist fashion view,  but more in keeping the purity of a brand and its statement/history. The recent report by Wwd is that Lanvin,  the illustrious label made ridiculously hot by Alber Elbaz,  will indeed partner with gigantic fast fashion brand  H&M with more details coming September 9th.  You can view  the teaser  videos to announce the phenom here.
