 One of our faves from Spain, El delgado Buil, presents their interpretation of what I would define as a contradiction of  lux  and grunge  mixed with some outdoorsy /lumberjack  elements and a little  punk thrown in. Watch the show and you’ll see what I mean. Enjoy!

All political stuff aside,  as much as the web went gaga over Chelsea’s Vera Wang etc, I  found it interesting that the woman know for  rocking conservative pantsuits decided to go full on bohemian in a caftan for her daughter’s pre -wedding party.  Looking unusually relaxed, smiling, wearing beads, darker lipstick and even a little cleavage ! Kind of to the fact that at the end of the day mothers in their own way share in their kids emotions . In  this case joy and even maybe even little relief that her loved one has herself  found  love. Known for her fixed bike skills,  model /artist Juliet Elliot launches Juli-Ette lipgloss  in collaboration with Les Ettes. The  lightweight gloss reflect the natural attitude of les ettes,  packaged in a recycled container with  Juliet’s artwork .Available here .

High Snobette first featured Tanaya as the designer behind Lace earrings, and then she popped up more recently as the featured model for Married to the M.O.B.’s fall lookbook. Outside of our world, she’s appeared in a couple of very heavy hitting music videos–not so much as the double-D, jingling vixen but as that sexy vibe chick, who guys want to bed, yes, but also imagine being their forever Bonnie to their Clyde. Tanaya also did a hot-as-toast shoot modeling Asics (featured on this page), which her good friend Ronnie Fieg helped design. When we wrote about her here, definitely our readers were intrigued by her look—equal parts mysterious, street smart and sweet, she caused enough of a buzz for us to seek her out for an interview. She’s juggling a lot these days—accessory design, acting, modeling, but front and center at the moment is Lace, which recently landed in Nicki Minaj’s “Your Love” video.

HS: So what’s current in your life now? I know you have a lot going on.

Tenaya: Five minutes ago I just dropped off some Lace earrings for Nicki Minaj. Two friends of mine are styling her. She wore one of my pieces a few weeks ago in her “Your Love” video. I haven’t seen it yet, but I saw an interview with her on MTV and she was wearing it! That was so exciting.

Artfully blending leather,  silk and studs Leanne Brooke’s Obey My Demand Lingerie blurs  the line between apparel and lingerie. When J* Davey appeared on the scene a few years ago we never stopped marveling at the style factor of Miss J* Davey. She recently spoke to the FADER’s Chioma Nnadi about her apparel collection LadyTrippeR which we think is a good example of a celebrity line as it perfectly  reflects her aesthetic. Anastasia Radevich’s Autumn shoe lookbook came out earlier in the year, but Popbee put up these fantastical images from her site just today. I’m not sure how long they’ve been on her site, but they’re quite nice to look at. Check out her over-the-knee fur boots, along with some other styles, on the next page. Radevich is pretty new on the scene so not surprisingly I haven’t found a retailer that stocks her.

Svenja Specht’s of Reality Studio presented her Spring/Summer 2011 Collection in a fun presentation,  as a moving runway on bicycles in the streets of Berlin.Showcasing the  versatility of the line but also its comfort, and style , the bike show  was also  the unveiling  of  Reality Studio’s  collaborative footwear with Asics.
